A contemporary commercial workspace blending industrial brutalism—characterized by exposed concrete finishes and suspended perforated light trays—with functional, ergonomic modern workstations.
Designed for a dynamic corporate environment, this commercial space merges industrial raw aesthetics with highly efficient workplace planning.
The interior language centers on concrete-finished wall paneling, subtle textured surfaces, and exposed ceiling volumes. Suspended overhead, customized white perforated cable trays serve dual purposes as organized raceways and mounting structures for linear downlighting and spot task lighting. Glass partitions with fluted privacy panels allow natural light to filter between private executive suites, open-plan staff desks, and informal breakout lounge corners.
The executive cabin highlights structured paneling with abstract graphic artwork, linear task lights, and clean-lined white desks paired with ergonomic mesh seating. Throughout the office, soft grey carpets, clean white surfaces, and subtle indoor foliage balance the structured grey aesthetic, providing a calm, focused, and professional environment.
