Designed around a youthful, expressive aesthetic, this interior project balances raw architectural textures with vivid, intentional color stories. Exposed micro-concrete ceiling slabs supported by warm wooden ceiling rafters ground the entire home, establishing a raw yet cozy material envelope. The living zone boasts an inviting lounge setup adorned with colorful striped upholstery, custom wooden-frame seating, and geometric area rugs that effortlessly connect to a open-plan kitchen. Marked by deep glossy teal subway backsplashes, a micro-concrete breakfast counter, concrete pendant lights, and dark wood accents, the kitchen blends utilitarian utility with contemporary flair. A standout feature of the project is the whimsical kids' bedroom. Designed around functional play, it features a custom sunny-yellow bunk bed system complete with a cozy lower reading nook, staircase storage drawers, built-in wardrobes, and an elevated play platform framed with vertical wooden balusters. The opposite wall is transformed with back-lit, space-themed wall art, custom rocket and astronaut wall sconces, a streamlined study desk, and a matching window bench. Throughout the rest of the home, tailored olive-green louvered wardrobes, soft terracotta-toned seating alcoves with backlit arched niches, and custom dark wood doors with geometric panel details illustrate a deep focus on custom millwork and playful functional living.
